How long does it take to complete an order?
What happens if any cabinets are damaged?
During delivery our team will inspect the items, if there are any issues they will be resolved within 2 business days. (local delivery)
Otherwise, there is a 48-hour period after delivery where you can report damages in order for them to be replaced. If this occurs you will be immediately shipped a replacement.
What should I do if there is a problem with my custom order?
We sincerely apologize if the merchandise you received differed from what you ordered. Please contact our customer service to arrange for the item to be returned for a free replacement.
How long does shipping usually take?
Shipping takes between 4 and 7 business days for standard delivery. We do offer next-day delivery if your need is urgent. (additional costs may apply)
